Breast Enhancement in Seattle and Ketchikan

Dr. Miles understands the important role a woman’s breasts play in her feelings about her femininity and her appearance. Among her Ketchikan and Seattle patients, breast augmentations are especially popular. Women choose breast enlargement for a variety of reasons:

  • To create a fuller, more feminine profile
  • To regain breast fullness lost as a result of pregnancy or age.
  • To correct breast asymmetry

No matter what your reason for choosing breast augmentation may be, Dr. Miles works with you to choose the breast enlargement technique that best fits your surgical goals and current anatomy. She offers both saline and silicone gel implants, and is experienced in a number of incision and implant placement techniques. Other breast enhancement procedures that Dr. Miles offers her plastic surgery patients in Seattle and Ketchikan include:

  • Breast Lift
  • Breast Reduction
  • Breast Reconstruction

Body Contouring with Dr. Miles

Dr. Miles offers both abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction. Tummy tuck is a popular choice among men and women who have extra fat and skin around their abdominal area as a result of weight loss or pregnancy. During the procedure, Dr. Miles removes excess fat and skin, and tightens the underlying abdominal muscles to create a flatter, more toned look.

Liposuction is a great option for Dr. Miles’ Seattle cosmetic surgery patients who are active and are near their ideal body weight, but have some stubborn bulges that they can’t get rid of. Liposuction can be used to sculpt almost any part of the body, including the thighs, abdomen, upper arms, knees, back, and chin.

Facial Procedures and Skin Treatments to Rejuvenate Your Look

If you’re hoping to reduce the signs of aging, stress, and fatigue that have begun to appear on your face and neck, Dr. Miles offers facial plastic surgery and non-surgical skin care treatments to help you turn back the hands of time and refresh your look.

  • A face lift can help lift sunken cheeks, reduce sagging skin, and smooth wrinkles around the nose and mouth.
  • Eyelid surgery can help correct droopy, baggy eyelids that are unsightly and can actually obscure some people’s vision.

Many people who come to Dr. Miles want to rejuvenate their look, but aren’t ready for a surgical procedure. The skin care treatments she offers include:

  • BOTOX® Cosmetic
  • Injectable Fillers
  • Chemical Peels
  • Skin Care Products
