Breast implant choices include:

• Type and size of the implant: Breast implants are filled with either saline or silicone gel. Each type offers many different options for implant volume and projection, so Dr. Bogdan will help you decide on the look, feel, and size that match your body shape.
• Position of the implant: The position of your implant will depend partly on factors like your body shape, the type of implant, and the degree of augmentation you desire. Dr. Bogdan will explain the rationale behind the two main approaches and help you choose between submuscular placement (beneath the pectoral muscle) or subglandular placement (just in front of the pectoral muscle).
• Incision for the implant procedure: Dr. Bogdan always strives to keep scarring to a minimum, so he uses incision techniques that hide any “evidence” of your procedure in the armpit crease, the edge of your areola, or the natural fold beneath your breasts.

Dr. Bogdan also offers satisfying results in body contouring procedures such as tummy tuck and liposuction, as well as a number of individual or combination surgical procedures for patients to refresh their shape after pregnancy or weight loss.
