Dr. Mo Zakhireh and Dr. Bruce Landon of the Cosmetic Surgery Institute possess both qualities, and much more. Dr. Mo Zakhireh is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and is affiliated with Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California. He completed medical school at Texas Tech University before traveling to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles for a general surgery residency. Later, Dr. Zakhireh completed a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Utah, where he was offered a staff position as a professor of plastic surgery.

Dr. Zakhireh is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association. He is a regular guest on the public service talk show The Wellness Hour and has been featured on several media outlets, including ABC and NBC.

Dr. Bruce Landon has an impressive list of educational achievements, and he continues to develop his skills as a specialist in cosmetic surgery in the Palm Springs area. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from University of California San Diego, Dr. Landon went on to earn an advanced degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

He returned to California and earned his medical degree from University of California Los Angeles, then went on to become chief resident in general surgery at University of California San Diego Medical Center. Narrowing his focus, Dr. Landon completed residency and served as chief resident in plastic surgery at University of California San Diego Medical Center.
