Dr. Scott Mosser is a top San Francisco plastic surgeon. His office is located on Sutter Street near Stockton Street, which is downtown close to Chinatown and the Financial District. The office is a short walk from the Montgomery Street BART station.
Dr. Mosser is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and a fellow of The American College of Surgeons. Dr. Mosser medical career began as a Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador.
