Dr. Jason Lichten and the staff of Central Ohio Plastic Surgery, Inc. pride themselves on providing excellent results while giving personal attention to each patient in every step of their Columbus cosmetic surgery experience. At Central Ohio Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lichten believes in keeping up with new technologies, but offering his patients only those that have a proven track record of safety and effectiveness. Dr. Lichten wants to ensure that our Columbus plastic and cosmetic surgery patients receive the best care he can give them.
After completing a full five year general surgery residency and a two year plastic surgery residency, and receiving numerous honors along the way, Dr. Lichten returned to his roots to offer cosmetic surgery in Columbus, Ohio at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery, Inc., which he founded. He is the first and only full time plastic surgeon in the history of Fairfield County. In 2007, Dr. Lichten expanded his practice to include an office in Groveport, Ohio, so he could more conveniently serve his patients in Columbus and all of Franklin County. Although Dr. Lichten enjoys performing all aspects of plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, he finds performing breast surgeries including breast augmentation and breast reconstruction after mastectomy to be particularly rewarding.

Dr. Lichten is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is an ambassador for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a founding officer of the Columbus Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Lichten maintains privileges at Fairfield Medical Center, Mt. Carmel East, Eastside Surgery Center, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
