Dr. Mosher earned his Doctorate of Medicine in 1988 from the University of British Columbia. He then went on to complete a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Saskatchewan. He also completed a fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery in California and received additional training in aesthetic plastic surgery in Toronto, Dallas, and Honolulu. Dr. Mosher is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and his professional memberships include the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Society, the Canadian Laser Aesthetic Surgery Society, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
