Dr. Arthur Cambeiro

A graduate of Bishop Gorman Preparatory School, in Summerlin just outside of Las Vegas, Dr. Cambeiro later graduated from the Psychobiology Honors Program at the University of Southern California. He then received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Colorado, at the time, fourth in the nation for top clinical medical schools in the United States, according to U.S. News and World Report. At the University of Colorado, Dr. Cambeiro was honored with the Owens-Swan award, given out to the most promising surgeon in a given medical class.

Prior to his general surgery residency where he received training for five years in general and vascular/trauma surgery at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program (serving as Chief Surgery Resident and scoring in the 99th percentile in the nation on his American Board of Surgery in-service examinations), Dr. Cambeiro embarked on a journey to Honduras where he performed missionary work as a general surgeon at local medical clinics.

Dr. Cambeiro continued his education in cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. There, he participated with Global Health Outreach, donating his surgical skills to children in Vietnam living with congenital facial defects.

Today, the Las Vegas plastic surgeon is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
