About Dr. Gerlach

Dr. Todd Gerlach specializes in cosmetic surgery to the face, breast, and body contouring. Dr. Gerlach has a passion for anatomy and meticulous attention to detail. He understands that millimeters can make a dramatic difference in the results of his patients. Dr. Gerlach has a warm, compassionate bedside manner and strongly believes in patient education and confidentiality. Dr. Gerlach is originally from Southern California. He attended college at the University of California at Riverside. Pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a doctor, Dr. Gerlach moved to Chicago to continue his career at the Chicago Medical School, followed by general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Gerlach completed his plastic surgery training at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation specializing in cosmetic and breast surgery. Dr. Gerlach then completed a fellowship in microsurgery under the direction of H. Buncke in San Francisco as well as an additional hand surgery fellowship at U. C. Davis Medical Center. Dr. Gerlach had a private practice in the suburbs of Chicago, but relocated to Southern California in 2005 to be closer to family. Dr. Gerlach knows the importance of keeping up with the latest technology and healing techniques. Dr. Gerlach is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
