After earning his Medical Degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, Dr. Malhotra returned to the University of Minnesota to train in Head and Neck Surgery with an emphasis on facial plastic surgery. He was awarded a 6-month research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, and later earned a Master of Science Degree for his cancer research. He also served as the chief plastic surgery fellow at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Malhotra is board certified in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology.
