About Dr. John Noonan
Dr. John Noonan has over 25 years of experience as plastic surgeon. Dr. Noonan is dedicated to provided the highest level of patient care and the best results possible. Dr. Noonan specializes in facial congenital deformities, such as cleft lips and cleft palates as well as breast reconstruction and breast augmentation. Dr. Noonan understands that every patient has their own differences and concerns. He will work with you to customize a treatment plan that will address your unique issues.
Dr. Noonan received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and then completed general surgery training at Albany Medical College. He then completed a residency in plastic surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Noonan continued his training with a plastic surgery fellowship at Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland.
