Dr. Fisher’s Training and Qualifications
Before he began practicing in Nashville, Dr. Fisher completed extensive plastic surgery education
and training. He earned his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. Following
medical school, Dr. Fisher completed an internship and general surgery residency at George Washington
University Medical Center, where he was named Chief Resident in general surgery. He then returned to
Atlanta to complete a residency in plastic surgery at Emory University Affiliated Hospital.
Dr. Fisher is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of The American
Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to his
Nashville plastic surgery practice, Dr. Fisher serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at
Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
