Certifications and Training
Dr. Sinno is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was also certified by the American Board of Surgery after completing 9 years of post graduate training. Dr. Sinno completed his surgical residency at the highly renowned programs of the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and the University of Texas in Galveston. He has been in private practice in Maryland since 1994.

Professional Achievements and Positions
Dr. Sinno is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In 2009, he has been elected by his peers to serve as the President of the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons of Maryland, the organization that represents the Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in that state. He is currently the chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore and the medical director of the Medstar Health Surgery Center in Pasadena, Maryland.

With cosmetic surgery offices located near Baltimore Maryland in Columbia, as well as Westminster and Pasadena, Dr. Sinno performs a wide variety of procedures to improve most any area of the body. He specializes in body contouring, breast surgery and facial rejuvenation.

• The most popular body contouring procedures include liposuction (Dr. Sinno uses both traditional and ultrasonic liposuction technology) and abdominoplasty. It is very common and desirable to combine the 2 procedures in one operation (called lipo- abdominoplasty), that achieves spectacular contouring results. Arm lift, thigh and buttock lift, and labiaplasty are also offered.
• Breast surgery includes cosmetic augmentation with implants, breast lift or reduction. Breast reconstruction is done for congenital deformities or after cancer surgery. Male breast reduction (for gynecomastia) can be performed with minimal scars, with the use of Ultrasonic Assisted Liposuction.
• Facial rejuvenation is a spectrum of interventions that range from medical skin care, non-surgical procedures such as BOTOX® Cosmetic or filler injections, to surgical procedures like facelift, eyelid surgery, brow lift, rhinoplasty, and fat grafting.
