This young woman came to see Dr. Lepore to discuss enlarging her smaller B-cup size breasts. She decided to have breast augmentation with saline implants. Dr. Lepore used a bilateral transaxillary, subpectoral approach. The High Profile style implants were each filled to 430cc. This patient is very happy with the results.

This patient felt that her breasts were asymmetrical, one larger than the other. This is a very common issue. Also, the larger breast sat a bit lower than the smaller one, and the nipple location appeared not centered. Dr. Lepore discussed several options with this woman, including Breast Augmentation, and Mastopexy, or Breast Lift, for the larger, lower breast. A combination of the two surgeries, it was advised, may give her the best outcome.
At this time, though, the patient chose to proceed with Breast Augmentation alone, to see how that would change the overall appearance of her breasts. She chose high-profile saline implants, which were filled to different volumes to accommodate the asymmetry.

This 36-year old woman wanted to restore some of the volume that she lost after breastfeeding. Breast Implants, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck, and Liposuction: This 44 year old woman wanted to change some of the lost volume and sagging of her breasts that happened after pregnancy. She had stretching and relaxing of her abdominal wall. She had a subglandular breast augmentation with a donut lift, or mastopexy. She also had atummy tuck with liposuction of the upper mid abdomen and flanks for further body contouring. All the procedures were performed at the same time. The patient recovered within two weeks and was very happy with her new body.
